We provide structural and shoring consulting services for various contractors, developers, and architects.
Structural Services Experience: As part of our services, we design and inspect projects as Engineer-of-record and special inspectors for low-rise to mid-rise steel, wood, earth retention systems, private wood docks, canopies and concrete structures in the tri-county area.
Shoring Engineering Experience: Since 1992, we have worked on designing and permitting all types of structures and shoring systems for contractors and developers in the South Florida area. We have a combined twenty-five year experience designing shoring systems for all types of buildings using the leading shoring equipment manufacturers such as SAFWAY, PATENT, ALUMA, PERI, etc.
Concrete Restoration Experience: For the past eight years, we have been providing concrete restoration specifications and plans for fixing concrete buildings along the intercostals area of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.
Forensic Engineering Experience: Since November 2001 to the present, our Principal, Ed Canto had been a member of the FEMA Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) System. His structural knowledge and experience designing new structures, of all types and materials, is used to safeguard searching crews and safely retrieve victims trapped under collapsed buildings. To achieve this goal, he has to assess collapsed building condition, identify hazardous areas and points of safe entry to structure.
Temporary Structures Experience: For the past five years we have been designing and inspecting and proving general structural engineering services for permitting of temporary structures such as tents (frame, dome, octagonal, Double-Decker, and many more), platforms, pool covers, pool platforms, steel truss lighting systems, hanging platforms, existing structures analysis for use as assembly areas.
